Minecraft has always been a game about creativity, but increasingly, it’s a game about being together. Over the past few years, we’ve led a broad design effort to define what social play should feel like in the next era of Minecraft. Evolving from world building to community building, scaling through Creator‑led online experiences, and envisioning new social interaction frameworks. We seek to realize a unified vision to make Minecraft the most seamless and expressive place to play with others, shaping a North Star Vision for the future and our ongoing journey to bring Minecraft to it's next evolutionary phase.
